THE PIT - RULES

The Pit runs in daily rounds.

Drop your line for tomorrow's Pit. Judge five lines from today's Pit. At 9pm Austin, the votes lock. The strongest line is crowned King. That line is archived. A fresh Pit opens.

Everything else evaporates into yesterday.

Simple rhythm: Drop; Judge; Crown; Reset.

Dropping

You get up to 3 lines per day (1 free, 2 paid). Each line must be one single thought; a joke, confession, wild take, sharp truth. No essays. No threads. No edits.

Voting

You get 5 random cards. Crown one. Brick two. Human judgment decides the winner.

No-go zone

We block:

• slurs
• hate speech
• harassment
• NSFW
• doxxing
• AI spam

Chaos is allowed. Hate is not.

Tips

You can tip the winner in WLD. 100% goes to them.

That is the whole game: Drop, judge, tip.

Badges and their voting power are earned by taste performance only (Reader 1.5x, Whisperer 2x, Oracle 3x); nothing is pay-to-boost.

We keep this minimal.

We store:

• your World ID username (proof you are human)
• your Pit username
• your submitted lines
• your votes
• your tips (if any)
• your wallet address (needed for tips/extra shots)
• basic participation stats

All we know is that you are human. No personal info ever enters the system.

How we use your data:

• run the daily round
• keep the arena fair
• prevent abuse
• show your own stats
• compute weekly badges
• enable tipping

We do not sell or share data. The Pit is small, human, and local to itself.

If something breaks or looks obviously wrong:

This is a small experimental arena. If the machine jams, tell us; we will look into it.
