Sämtliche Rechte am geistigen Eigentum (insbesondere Urheber- und Softwarerechte) an der App „The Pit“ sowie allen dazugehörigen Konzepten, Designs, Texten und Grafiken liegen ausschließlich bei Joel Thal.

Ein etwaiges von Joel Thal geführtes Einzelunternehmen (Kleingewerbe) fungiert ausschließlich als Betreiber und Vertreiber der App. Es hält keine eigenen Rechte am geistigen Eigentum der App, sondern nutzt diese lediglich auf Grundlage einer widerruflichen Lizenz von Joel Thal.

Intellectual Property (English version)

All intellectual property rights (including copyright and software rights) in and to the app “The Pit” and all related concepts, designs, texts and graphics are owned exclusively by Joel Thal.

Any sole proprietorship (Kleingewerbe) operated by Joel Thal in connection with The Pit acts solely as the operator and distributor of the app. It does not own any intellectual property rights in the app but uses it only on the basis of a revocable license granted by Joel Thal.
